Cancellation Policy

Thank you for trusting Don’t Toss The Bouquet with your meaningful flowers! Please review the following policies before booking your appointment. • A $150 + tax booking fee is required to reserve your appointment date and will be applied toward your final preservation order as long as you arrive for your scheduled appointment. • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will forfeit the booking fee. • Please arrive with your flowers/keepsakes during your scheduled appointment time. We cannot guarantee preservation quality for items dropped off late or outside of your scheduled appointment. • Your final preservation order must be placed through our ordering system within the required timeframe after your appointment in order to begin the preservation process. • Please understand that every flower is unique, and preservation results may vary based on the type, age, condition, and care of the flowers at the time of drop-off. • By booking your appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
