Service Description
Drop off your flowers and start the preservation process! Bring flowers and special items for your display if you want to use any. A $150+tax non refundable booking/retainer fee (which will be deducted from final package cost) is necessary to book this appointment, as we have been experiencing too many no-shows. This $150+tax will NOT be refunded if you do not cancel within 24 hours of your appointment. During your dropoff, you will pick your personalized display. If someone else is dropping off for you, you are still responsible for the guidelines of the contract. Please review "terms and conditions" on website and submit a signed contract on drop-off. If you are bringing fresh flowers and planning on purchasing a smaller item like an ornament or rosary, you will choose and pay balance in full at dropoff.
Cancellation Policy
Thank you for trusting Don’t Toss The Bouquet with your meaningful flowers! Please review the following policies before booking your appointment. • A $150 + tax booking fee is required to reserve your appointment date and will be applied toward your final preservation order as long as you arrive for your scheduled appointment. • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will forfeit the booking fee. • Please arrive with your flowers/keepsakes during your scheduled appointment time. We cannot guarantee preservation quality for items dropped off late or outside of your scheduled appointment. • Your final preservation order must be placed through our ordering system within the required timeframe after your appointment in order to begin the preservation process. • Please understand that every flower is unique, and preservation results may vary based on the type, age, condition, and care of the flowers at the time of drop-off. • By booking your appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these policies. We can’t wait to preserve a piece of your special moment forever!
