Drop off your flowers and start the preservation process! Bring flowers and special items for your display if you want to use any. A $50 non refundable booking fee (which will be deducted from final package cost) is necessary to book this appointment, as we have been experiencing too many no-shows. This $50 will NOT be refunded if you do not cancel within 24 hours of your appointment. During your dropoff, you will pick your personalized display. If someone else is dropping off for you, you are still responsible for the guidelines of the contract. Please review "terms and conditions" on website and submit a signed contract on drop-off. If you are bringing fresh flowers and planning on purchasing a smaller item like an ornament or rosary, you will choose and pay balance in full at dropoff.
For cancelations, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment. You can also reschedule via the booking system. We now require a $50 nonrefundable booking fee for floral preservation dropoffs. If you do not cancel within 24 hours, the fee will not be refunded or applied to your order. If you attend your scheduled appointment, the fee will be applied to your order. Total deposit is 150+tax at dropoff; the $50 would get refunded from your booking fee purchase.
