Service Description
Because beautiful memories don’t wait for perfect weather. No Rain No Flowers is a thoughtfully designed indoor wedding portrait experience, created for couples who deserve stunning photographs no matter what the forecast brings. Instead of settling for a hotel lobby or rushing through the rain, you’ll have access to a professionally styled indoor space filled with natural light and timeless details, giving your photographer the perfect setting to capture beautiful wedding portraits when Mother Nature has other plans. Reserve your wedding date in advance with a non-refundable $150 standby reservation fee, giving you the peace of mind of having a beautiful indoor backup already in place. If your backup plan is needed due to inclement weather, an additional $150 activation fee will be charged, providing you with exclusive access to the space for up to six hours for wedding portraits on your special day. Because sometimes the most beautiful blooms come after the rain.
Cancellation Policy
Headquarters Booking Policies Welcome to Headquarters! By reserving the space, you agree to the following policies. Booking & Payment • Reservations are confirmed once payment has been received. • Rental fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. • Your reservation is only valid for the date and time selected. Cancellation & Rescheduling • Cancellations made 14 or more days before your reservation may transfer their payment to another available date within 90 days. • Cancellations made less than 14 days before the reservation are non-refundable. • One complimentary reschedule is permitted with at least 14 days’ notice. Additional reschedules may incur a rescheduling fee. Rental Time • Your reserved time includes setup, your session or event, and cleanup. • Please plan accordingly, as additional time will be billed if available. • The space should be returned to the condition it was found before your departure. Respecting the Space Headquarters is a shared creative environment. Please help us preserve it for future guests. • No smoking or vaping inside the building. • No glitter, confetti, nails, staples, or adhesives that may damage walls or décor. • Furniture and décor may only be moved with prior approval and must be returned to their original locations. • Any damage beyond normal wear is the responsibility of the renter. Liability The renter assumes responsibility for themselves and anyone attending under their reservation. Headquarters and Don’t Toss The Bouquet are not responsible for accidents, injuries, lost or stolen items, or personal property brought onto the premises. Rental Agreement A signed rental agreement and liability waiver are required before your event. Questions We’re excited to welcome you to Headquarters!
